Wealthy elites obsessed with reducing and controlling the world’s population is not new. Eugenics was mainstream in the early 1900’s, with many U.S. states engaged in forced sterilization programs.
In 1974, the Kissinger Report outlined action plans to create conditions for world fertility decline with the UN and WHO leading the charge.
In 1981, unapologetic eugenist Jacques Attali, spoke openly of the need to reduce the population, potentially using a pandemic to cause it, and targeting certain people.
In 2009, billionaires including Bill Gates, George Soros, and David Rockefeller met secretly to discuss the need to curb overpopulation. Information on their meeting was not made public, so we can only speculate on the strategy that was finally chosen. -JD
