2008 PubMed article describes US weather control endeavors: “At the lunatic fringe of scientific discussion in the early twentieth century…. In the United States, the ‘seeds’ of silver iodide and dry ice purported to enhance rainfall and bust hailstorms soon became seeds of controversy from which sprouted attempts by federal, state and local government to control the controllers and exploit ‘designer weather’ for their own purposes.”
Current weather extremes may actually be the result of the past 70+ years of uncontrolled weather and climate modification. Laws are needed to prohibit weather modification, geoengineering and other atmospheric hazards.

NOTE: SOLID DRY ICE IS CARBON DIOXIDE(CO2), a registered pesticide that is also used in cloud seeding. This is not the same CO2, (carbon dioxide) as the air exhaled, or “plant food,” which is not a hazardous pollutant.
