May 8, 2023 | ZeroGeoengineering.com (ZG)| Geoengineering Monitor has compiled an interactive map providing information on past and present geoengineering programs. Main categories include weather modification, solar radiation management, and greenhouse gas removal.
One thing that all these programs have in common is there is no public consent for the activities.
In the US, geoengineering programs are coordinated and funded through various federal agencies such as National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Department of Energy (DOE), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Department of Commerce (DOC), Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM), and others.
One of the geoengineering programs documented on the map is known as stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI), ongoing in the State of Washington, led by Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL).
“Much of the SRM-related research is conducted in collaboration with NOAA (US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration).”
In addition to federal geoengineering programs, many USA states allow weather modification, cloud seeding, and other atmospheric testing schemes – many programs happening for over 70 years:
In a 1961 speech at the UN, JFK stated, “We propose further cooperative efforts between all nations in weather prediction and eventually in weather control.”
Of course, it’s unlikely that many at that time understood that Kennedy was proposing geoengineering and interactive wireless infrastructures comprised of satellites and microwave antennas — to cover the Earth in a system of mass surveillance, disguised as weather forecasting and research.
Systems, computer media, and methods for using electromagnetic frequency (emf) identification (id) devices for monitoring, collection, analysis, use and tracking of personal data, biometric data, medical data, transaction data, electronic payment data, and location data for one or more end user, pet, livestock, dairy cows, cattle or other animals, including use of unmanned surveillance vehicles, satellites or hand-held devices
There is precedent for prohibiting weather control programs. Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia banned or restricted cloud seeding in the 1960’s. These laws can be reenacted at the state and national level today.
Additionally, Mexico banned geoengineering in January 2023.
The people have the right and ability to bring an end to these programs forever.
