Beyond AI’s abilities to write books or answer random questions, AI is a weapon system built upon the ‘smart’ grid (“5G/6G”+satellites). Information and data is being weaponized.
For example, the ‘smart’ phone is a useful tool for AI (and corporations, NGO’s and government agencies) to collect personal data that may be used to track and target individuals, groups, and/or entire populations in real time.

In a recent lecture by Dr. James Giordano entitled, “Big Data, AI and Security/Defense on the Global Stage,” he stated:
“Increasingly in international circles that deal with this type of technology, humans are out of the loop. Why? Because humans are seen as an impediment to the iterative progress of the instrumentative development of these technologies.”

It’s crucial for We-The-People to learn more about AI and become closely involved in policymaking in order to guide the development of these systems.
As President Eisenhower stated in his 1961 farewell warning, “We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together.”
