Court Orders CDC to Release Data Showing 18 MILLION Vaxx Injuries in America

 

Qualified health professionals and scientific experts warned the public not to take the government’s experimental CV-19 injections but they were censored, ridiculed and silenced by politicians and corporate controlled media. Now, after a lawsuit by Informed Consent Action Network, CDC’s own Adverse Health Impact data shows that the falsely marketed “safe and effective” jabs, injured 18 million people. America was warned by top medical professionals, scientists and even TN that these shots were harming millions of people in America and around the world. The truth will now come out and all who took mRNA shots must strive to rebuild their immune system and detox their bodies. The long-term effects will take a huge toll. ⁃ TN Editor

 

More than 18 million people were injured so badly by their first COVID shot from Pfizer or Moderna that they had to go to the hospital. That’s according to the CDC’s own internal data, which a court just ordered the federal agency to release to a watchdog group.

Instead of alerting the public to the incredible dangers of these shots and completely shutting down Joe Biden’s mass vaccination mandates, the CDC covered up the info until it was forced to release. Everyone in a position of authority at the CDC should be fired for this. What good is a “public health” agency if it fails to alert the public that 8% of vaccine recipients are being hospitalized?

The CDC started a vaccine monitoring program back at the very beginning of the COVID shot rollout in December of 2020. You might remember it. The program was called V-safe. People were asked to install the V-safe app on their smartphones and then self-report if they have any negative effects from the experimental mRNA shots, which were released to the public under an Emergency Use Authorization from the FDA.

A lot of people were eager to help, because world governments had scared many folks very badly over the virus. Many thought that the COVID shots were a medical miracle in late 2020. So, more than 10 million people downloaded V-safe on their smartphones, and then proceeded to get vaccinated.

That’s a huge sample size for a medical study. With 10 million people participating in the V-safe self-reporting system, it gives us an extremely accurate statistical model to use when studying the 230 million Americans who have had at least one COVID shot.

The CDC tracked data in the V-safe program for the first 18 months of the vaccine’s public availability, up through July of this year. But then, strangely, the CDC never published any data from V-safe. We couldn’t see it. We just had to trust the CDC, which had been caught lying repeatedly.

The CDC’s main webpage about the mRNA COVID shots still says, to this very day, “COVID-19 vaccines are safe, effective and free.” That’s the very first sentence on the website. Safe and effective! That’s been the CDC’s position for the entire time. The vaccines are safe, and they cannot hurt you.

If that’s true, then why wouldn’t the CDC release the data until a court ordered it to do so following a lawsuit by the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN)? The data speaks for itself.

Of the 10 million people who participated in V-safe – again, a massive sample size – 3.3 million reported Adverse Health Impacts (AHIs) immediately after their first vaccination. That’s 33% or one-in-three. Of those 3.3 million people, 1.2 million reported that they were unable to perform daily activities for a time after vaccination. 1.3 million reported getting so sick from the shots that they had to miss school or work. And about 800,000 reported being hospitalized by their COVID vaccination.

That last figure is the most worrisome. 800,000 hospitalizations out of 10 million people? That’s an 8% hospitalization rate. It means that as many as 18 million of the 230 million people who received at least one shot may have been hospitalized with an adverse reaction.

A study published in June of 2021 by the National Institutes of Health – where Tony Fauci works – found that the hospitalization rate from COVID-19 for the total population was 2.1%. If you are under the age of 40, the hospitalization rate from COVID-19 is just 0.4%.

For the shots, the hospitalization rate has been 8%.

This means that:

YOU ARE 4 TIMES AS LIKELY TO BE HOSPITALIZED BY THE VACCINES THAN BY COVID ITSELF, NO MATTER WHAT AGE GROUP YOU ARE IN.

YOU ARE 20 TIMES AS LIKELY TO BE HOSPITALIZED BY THE SHOTS IF YOU ARE UNDER AGE 40 THAN BY COVID ITSELF.

ICAN has set up a website where you can finally view the CDC’s V-safe data online. The data was released on October 3, 2022, under a court order. You can see the data for yourself HERE.

The CDC has been lying to the American people about the vaccines all this time. There need to be legal consequences for this. Public trials and long jail sentences are necessary for anyone at the CDC who participated in this cover-up.

  2. Why are doctors who have actually treated and cured tens of thousands of COVID-19 patients NOT invited to participate in these discussions in order to share their experience and wisdom?
  3. Why is the WHO continuing these negotiations towards a “Pandemic Treaty” when the majority of public comments that were submitted during the April 12-13 public hearings indicated that “We the People” have CLEARLY rejected even the idea of such a treaty?
  4. Why has the WHO failed to publicly archive those public comments as promised?

I have many more questions, but the four questions above will suffice for now.

In 2019 the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was granted a patent for fusion proteins that contain luciferase. Wikipedia defines Luciferase as “a generic term for the class of oxidative enzymes that produce bioluminescence”, allowing for  tracking of cells. The original patent was filed in 2017. This enzyme has apparently been harnessed for use in CV-19 tests and vaxx research.

Look at that initial filing date again: 2017.

What does this mean?

It means that COVID is a U.S. government operation. That’s why DHS is filing a bio-surveillance protein patent two years before the official outbreak of COVID. That’s why Obama’s deputy director of the CIA showed up at a coronavirus simulation exercise called Event 201 (sponsored by the WHO and the Gates Foundation!) in November 2019. That’s why DARPA (the R&D wing of the CIA) is “heavily invested” in vaccine development as if it’s some kind of healthcare provider.

The U.S. government funded the virus. The U.S. government funded the vaccine. The U.S. government illegally coerced Americans into taking experimental shots that have no long-term safety data and are extremely dangerous. That’s not just a massive conflict of interest. It’s an ethical and legal and medical disaster that may ultimately destroy our country.

It means that the “COVID plandemic” is an attempt to create a total biometric surveillance state. Don’t take my word for it: just listen to the World Economic Forum’s chief intellectual Yuval Harari explain it to you. “Maybe in a couple of decades, when people look back, the thing they will remember from the COVID crisis, is: this is the moment when everything went digital. This was the moment when everything became monitored — that we agreed to be surveilled all the time. Not just in authoritarian regimes but even in democracies. This was the moment when surveillance went under the skin.”

The COVID vaccines are actually an opportunity for governments and global corporations to create a total surveillance system around the world that will ultimately control every human being.

This sounds like science fiction. It is not. There are secret ingredients in the COVID vaccines like graphene oxide (that the corporate media tells you is a conspiracy theoryof course!) that can transmit data outside the body — like your heart rate. That’s why they’re full of rare metals and odd metallic structures that are toxic to human beings.

We are creating a global effort to defund and withdraw from the United Nations (UN) and all affiliate organizations including the World Health Organization. This group will work to implement this movement in the United States.

In order for the United States to accomplish this we need Congress to submit legislation and we need a committed grass roots movement willing to fight over the long haul to get it passed. In the US, at this present time, we are very fortunate to have legislation to remove the US from the UN and all affiliate agencies which would include the WHO. H.R. 7806 is that legislation. There is also legislation to defund the WHO but understand to defund does not withdraw us from the WHO. So to defund does not take it far enough. I believe our focus at this point should be on H.R.7806 but I am providing information on H.R. 419 as well.

The WHO, as we speak, is working on the dreaded Pandemic Treaty (renamed the Convention, Agreement or other International Instrument – CAII) that when passed the WHO will be the driving organization for the UN and the WEF in accomplishing their goal of global dominance. The UN and the WEF are now partners and this makes the UN even more of a threat. If the CAII is passed and the WHO decides to declare a PHEIC (Public Health Emergency of International Concern) because the leaves are falling they can do so without our permission or discussion. Our government over many decades has given way too much power over our country to the UN and its many affiliates. It is time we put an end to it. H.R. 7806 – American Sovereignty Restoration Act of 2022 (Rep. Mike Rogers (R-AL-4) – this link will give you all the information on the bill (text, co-sponsors, actions etc.) This is the legislation to withdraw from the UN. This bill will need to be resubmitted in January and will be assigned a new bill number – I have already contacted Rep. Rogers office regarding this issue and was told that Representative Rogers has every intention on resubmitting this legislation during the new Congress in January 2023.

Washington, DC (September 1, 2022) – The New Civil Liberties Alliance, the Attorney General of Missouri, and the Attorney General of Louisiana, have filed a lawsuit that blows the lid off a sprawling federal censorship regime that will shock the conscience of Americans. The joint statement on discovery disputes in the lawsuit, State of Missouri ex rel. Schmitt, et al. v. Joseph R. Biden, Jr., et al., reveals scores of federal officials across at least eleven federal agencies have secretly communicated with social-media platforms to censor and suppress private speech federal officials disfavor. This unlawful enterprise has been wildly successful.

Under the First Amendment, the federal government may not police private speech nor pick winners and losers in the marketplace of ideas. But that is precisely what the government has done—and is still doing—on a massive scale not previously divulged. Multiple agencies’ communications demonstrate that the federal government has exerted tremendous pressure on social-media companies—pressure to which companies have repeatedly bowed.

Discovery has unveiled an army of federal censorship bureaucrats, including officials arrayed at the White House, HHS, DHS, CISA, the CDC, NIAID, the Office of the Surgeon General, the Census Bureau, the FDA, the FBI, the State Department, the Treasury Department, and the U.S. Election Assistance Commission. Communications show these federal officials are fully aware that the pressure they exert is an effective and necessary way to induce social-media platforms to increase censorship. The head of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency even griped about the need to overcome social-media companies’ “hesitation” to work with the government.

These actions have precipitated an unprecedented rise in censorship and suppression of free speech—including core political speech—on social-media platforms. Many viewpoints and speakers have been unlawfully and unconstitutionally silenced or suppressed in the modern public square. This unlawful government interference violates the fundamental right of free speech for all Americans, whether or not they are on social media. More discovery is needed to uncover the full extent of this regime—i.e., the identities of other White House and agency officials involved and the nature and content of their communications with social-media companies.

The government has been uncooperative and has resisted complying with the discovery order every step of the way—especially with regard to Anthony Fauci’s communications. Defendants claim, for example, that White House communications are privileged, even though such privilege does not apply to external communications. The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana should overrule the government defendants’ objections and order them to supply this highly relevant, responsive, and probative information immediately.

Iowa Senator Joni Ernst is demanding an audit of the tax collectors, pointing out the fact that a 2019 government report found that 1,250 IRS employees failed to pay their own taxes. Ernst: Audit the IRS!

Democrats Double the Size of the IRS to Audit Innocent Americans While Thousands of Tax Collectors Fail to Pay Their Own Tax Bills.

RED OAK – As the Biden administration is set to hire 87,000 IRS agents to audit America, U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa), the Senate’s biggest foe of government waste, is demanding an audit of the IRS’s tax collectors themselves by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA).

Ernst highlights a 2019 TIGTA report that found 1,250 IRS employees failed to fully pay their taxes – including hundreds of repeat offenders – and that the tax collecting agency had done little to discipline these employees. Additionally, Ernst also pointed to a 2017 report that found that the agency rehired hundreds of former employees who had been previously terminated, some for “willful failure to properly file their Federal tax returns.” IRS staffers gave “a variety of excuses” for not paying their taxes, including forgetting to report all income or being unable to use TurboTax.

“We have a real problem if the IRS staff who enforce the tax law aren’t paying their own taxes and can’t even understand how to properly fill out the agency’s tax forms!” said Ernst. “I’ve heard enough of the excuses and these Washington double standards. The IRS needs to start living under its own rules and that’s why I am demanding that we audit the IRS!”

Ernst awarded her August 2022 Squeal Award to the soon-to-be supersized IRS for going after hardworking taxpayers while ignoring the tax cheats on their own payroll.
