501 Deaths + 10,748 Other Injuries Reported Following COVID Vaccine, Latest CDC Data Show
“The numbers reflect the latest data available as of Jan. 29 from the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System website. Of the 501 reported deaths, 453 were from the U.S. The average age of those who died was 77, the youngest was 23.”
VAERS is the primary mechanism for reporting adverse vaccine reactions in the U.S. Reports submitted to VAERS require further investigation before confirmation can be made that an adverse event was linked to a vaccine.
As of Jan. 29, about 35 million people in the U.S. had received one or both doses of a COVID vaccine. So far, only the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines have been granted Emergency Use Authorization in the U.S. by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). By the FDA’s own definition, the vaccines are still considered experimental until fully licensed.
According to the latest data, 453 of the 501 reported deaths were in the U.S. Fifty-three percent of those who died were male, 43% were female, the remaining death reports did not include the gender of the deceased. The average age of those who died was 77, the youngest reported death was of a 23-year-old. The Pfizer vaccine was taken by 59% of those who died, while the Moderna vaccine was taken by 41%.
The latest data also included 690 reports of anaphylactic reactions to either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines. Of those, the Pfizer vaccine accounted for 76% of the reactions, and the Moderna vaccine for 24%.
As The Defender reported today, a 56-year-old woman in Virginia died Jan. 30, hours after receiving her first dose of the Pfizer vaccine. Doctors told Drene Keyes’ daughter that her mother died of flash pulmonary edema likely caused by anaphylaxis. The death is under investigation by Virginia’s Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and the CDC.”

“An Illinois mother said her teenage son died by suicide after struggling with isolation due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The mother, Lisa Moore, is now suing Gov. J.B. Pritzker because she believes her son Trevor Till’s October death was a “proximate cause” of the state’s restrictions, the lawsuit says.
The suit was filed last month in LaSalle County Circuit Court by Moore and four other parents against the governor and the Illinois High School Association. “Republican legislators in North Dakota are taking a pro-active – and constitutional – step to push back against unconstitutional executive orders coming out of the Biden administration, and they are doing so with the power of the US Constitution in their corner.
A new bill introduced in the North Dakota State Legislature (HB1164), would instruct the state’s Attorney General to review the constitutionality of each of the executive orders issued by Joe Biden.
Under the proposed law, should the North Dakota Attorney General find that any executive orders are unlawful – or unconstitutional, the executive order would be “nullified,” it would prohibit any state, county, or local agency – or publicly funded organization – from enforcing the order(s).
The proposed legislation was introduced by State Rep. Tom Kading (R), and eight other Republicans in the North Dakota House.
Specifically, the proposed HB1164, enumerates the following issues for nullification:
Pandemics or other health emergencies
The regulation of natural resources, including coal and oil
The regulation of the agriculture industry
The use of land
The regulation of the financial sector as it relates to environmental, social, or governance standards
The regulation of the constitutional right to keep and bear arms “

“China accounted for about 51 percent of counterfeit or substandard COVID-19-related products seized by U.S. customs officials from October 2019 to Sept. 30 last year, according to a newly-released report from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Among the products seized by U.S. customs officials were over 12.7 million counterfeit masks, 177,356 COVID-19 test kits prohibited by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and 38,098 FDA-prohibited chloroquine tablets.
The effectiveness of the anti-malarial drug hydroxychloroquine and its closely-related chloroquine in treating symptoms of COVID-19, which is caused by the CCP virus (commonly known as the novel coronavirus), is of much debate.
The FDA initially issued an emergency use authorization for the two drugs, but later revoked the authorization in June last year, saying that they were “unlikely to be effective in treating COVID-19.”
However, there have been studies showing their effectiveness: one studyshowed hydroxychloroquine lowered the death rate of COVID-19 patients, while another study demonstrated a drug cocktail containing hydroxychloroquine could lower the hospitalization and death rate of patients infected by the virus.
The FDA currently has a database listing fraudulent COVID-19 products, including test kits. The list contains company names and the names of their products.
In December last year, customs officials in Cincinnati seized 10,080 counterfeit surgical masks, which were labeled “3M Mask Model 1860,” in a shipment originating from China, according to a press release. The boxes containing the masks were fraudulently labeled as “Made in the USA.””
“LOS ANGELES – China’s new energy vehicle manufacturer BYD Company will begin shipping 150 million N95 masks to the US state of California in the coming days for distribution to front-line medics, Governor Gavin Newsom’s office said Monday.
The new batch of N95 masks is coming after 110 million surgical masks from BYD have already been distributed to help sectors in California reopen safely, according to a statement from the governor’s office.
Newsom announced that California-based BYD North America has received certification from the US National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) to produce N95 respirators for the state, the statement said.” Link

“A video of a confrontation between Ventura County, California health officials and restaurant owner Anton Van Happen has gone viral. The health officials were ordering Mr. Van Happen to close his business because he allegedly violated California’s ban on outdoor dining. Mr. Van Happen asked the health officials if the government will pay his employees and his rent while his business is indefinitely closed.
Mr. Van Happen is hardly the only small business owner worried about how to pay bills during the lockdowns. Many small businesses operate on a narrow profit margin, so being forced to “temporarily” shut down or limit the number of customers they can serve is a virtual death sentence.
The lockdowns have already caused as many as 200,000 small businesses to permanently close. Lockdowns, by shrinking the number of employers, lead to long-term unemployment or lower wages for many workers.
While governments have terrorized small businesses, they have typically deemed the big chain stores “essential businesses” so they can remain open. The lockdowns are thus another government policy that gives big businesses a competitive advantage over their smaller competitors.
The benefits big businesses get from the lockdowns — including fewer competitors, more customers, and a job market with more workers competing for fewer jobs — may explain why many big businesses are not fighting the lockdowns. Instead, most big retail chains are requiring their workers and customers to wear masks. Many big businesses may soon deny service to those who refuse to receive a Covid vaccine.
One would think that progressives who claim to oppose policies that benefit big corporations like WalMart, Target, and Amazon would oppose the lockdowns. Sadly, even many progressives are unquestioningly parroting the Covid propaganda and demonizing those who dissent.
By slowing down the development of herd immunity among the population, the lockdowns could put those truly at risk in greater danger. Lockdowns have also had negative effects such as increases in drug and alcohol abuse and increases in domestic violence. Meanwhile, many schoolchildren are deprived of the opportunity to interact with their teachers and their peers. Instead, these children are subjected to the fraud of “virtual learning.”
Resistance to Covid tyranny is growing as more people figure out that lockdowns and mandates are both unnecessary and harmful. This resistance was largely started by small business owners faced with a choice between obeying the government or making sure they, and their employees, can feed their families. Small business owners have been leaders in recent anti-lockdown protests across America.
Eventually the resistance will grow to the point where the politicians will be forced to either double down on authoritarianism or admit the lockdowns were a mistake. Either way, those of us who know the truth must resist the Covid tyranny until government officials no longer terrorize small businesses for the crime of serving willing consumers.”
“If you were online during January 2020 you likely saw the barrage of video clips that were supposedly coming out of China depicting ghastly “Coronavirus” scenes.
Most of those videos have been quietly wiped off the internet, but back in January and February those grisly videos were a viral sensation and they scared the sense out of Americans.
The videos captured supposed Coronavirus victims in various stages of pandemic horror. Some showed people foaming at the mouth and collapsing in the streets, while others featured ominous government officials wearing Hazmat suits, hovering over lifeless bodies struck down from the virus.
It was a virtual buffet of fear-porn, and Americans couldn’t get enough of it.
Personally, I saw hundreds of those videos. The comments from people sharing the clips would range from sarcastic “Just the flu” type stuff — intended to mock and shame anyone who tried to downplay the seriousness of the virus — to wild conspiracy theories claiming Coronavirus caused brain swelling, spontaneous convulsions, and instant death.
It was some of the most powerful video propaganda I’ve ever witnessed.
Imagine being a soccer mom and logging onto Facebook and seeing your sister-in-law’s post of a Chinese man foaming at the mouth and dropping dead, with the caption “Just the flu 🙄” You keep scrolling down your timeline and see the same clip over and over, and other similar shock videos shared by neighbors, friends, and people you work with.
You’d lose your mind, and rightfully so. That’s powerful messaging and it had a major impact on the American psyche, day in and day out for two months straight.
For me, being a suspicious person by nature, it all felt very hysterical, staged, and phony. But at a time when fear, confusion, and distrust were at an all-time high, it was virtually impossible to talk rationally about the virus with friends and family who were sucked in by the “terror propaganda.”
It’s understandable because even though I didn’t buy into the hype, there was still a nagging voice in the back of my head whispering “what if…”
And even that quiet little “what if” was tremendously powerful.
In just two short months Americans were whipped into a fear-frothing frenzy which set the table for the tyrannical lockdowns and mask mandates that would follow. Lockdowns that consumed our nation, pitted neighbor against neighbor, struck down our booming economy, and wiped out small businesses from coast to coast.
Two years ago, if you would have told Americans they would voluntarily shut down their businesses and lock themselves in their homes they would’ve laughed in your face. But those viral videos laid the groundwork for lockdown acceptance. They were the first of many perfectly-timed events that Americans would use to justify tossing away their rights and livelihood in exchange for harsh restrictions and lockdowns — after all, nobody wanted to foam at the mouth and keel over while shopping for cappuccino makers at Bed Bath & Beyond.
However, there was one very big problem… little did we know back then that all of those spine-tingling videos were fake.
That’s right, the beginning of the Coronavirus mass hysteria and the very first building blocks that led to a nation-wide lockdown, the destruction of our economy, and the great global reset was a complete and total hoax.”

“We are now asking the Court for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) and a Show Cause Order. It is well past time for DHHS to explain why they have issued rules to inflate cases and death counts.”
“02/03/2021, USA and Ohio – In March of 2020 the DHHS took the unprecedented step of issuing a new rule for the way COVID-19 deaths were counted. This rule created a system that counted COVID-19 deaths differently from ANY other cause of death and that would result in “COVID-19 being the underlying cause of death more often than not.” The result is that deaths from COVID-19 have been dramatically inflated as compared to any other cause of death.
To make matters worse, the DHHS and state partners then began using “case counts” for COVID-19 as a method for determining policy. This was done using PCR testing as a basis for diagnosis despite the fact that most test kits include disclaimers stating that they should not be used to diagnose COVID-19 (this was submitted to federal Court).
Under federal law, the presentation of statistics must be done in a way that ensure the integrity, quality, and utility of the Federal statistical system. The new motion, filed 2/3/2021 requests a TRO and that DHHS show cause for these actions which indisputably are not meeting the integrity, quality, and utility standards required.
