Words like “capacity,” “coverage,” and “connect,” are often used to describe the exponential increase in RADIATION deployment from Starlink satellites that are covering the Earth.
There are currently zero enforced environmental safety regulations and a never ending marketing campaign promoting more and more “coverage”.
Greater public understanding (and essential regulatory oversight) of the looming ecological hazard created by unlimited satellite RADIATION deployment is critical right now.
After all, in addition to satellites providing constant “coverage” (exposure) of RADIATION, satellites provide constant surveillance. Satellite networks are also extremely vulnerable to hacking as well as having the capability of being used as weapons.

As the United Nations International Telecommunications Union (ITU) continues pushing Sustainable Development Goals and Agenda 2030, including the use of satellites and overarching Artificial Intelligence, public awareness and strong regulatory oversight is needed in order to protect life on Earth and reign-in out-of-control satellite networks and their interoperable ground-based infrastructures.

A natural resources district may establish weather modification programs. A district may enter into agreements with companies, service organizations, municipalities, political subdivisions, public or private postsecondary educational institutions, or state or federal agencies to establish or participate in such programs.

Regulatory measures at the state and national level can be enacted and implemented to prohibit weather manipulation and the release of hazardous emissions in our skies and at ground level.
Mexico banned Solar Geoengineering experimentation in January 2023.
Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia provide precedent from the 1960’s for prohibiting and preventing cloud seeding and weather modification activities. These kinds of policies could be reenacted at the state and national level today.
The Atmosphere Protection Act was introduced in Rhode Island in 2023 to prohibit deliberate polluting activities in the atmosphere and at ground level, including both aerosol injection and RF/MW Radiation.
Legislation to tackle geoengineering and weather modification pollution was also introduced in Connecticut and Illinois this year.

50 Mayors from east coast states of New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware sent a letter to the U.S. Congress demanding an immediate moratorium on offshore wind activity in response to unprecedented deaths of whales, dolphins and other marine life.
The letter states, “As dozens of whales and dolphins continue to wash onto our beaches, the 50 undersigned East Coast mayors demand an immediate moratorium on all offshore wind activity until the connection between offshore wind activity and marine mammal mortality occurring on our shorelines is thoroughly investigated…The current level of marine mammal mortality is unacceptable, and we need answers.”
Harm to whales and ocean life from sonar and technology associated with windfarms is well documented:

While little is known about any direct physiological effects of sonar waves on marine species, evidence shows that whales will swim hundreds of miles, rapidly change their depth (sometime leading to bleeding from the eyes and ears), and even beach themselves to get away from the sounds of sonar.”
Amazon also has an initiative to “deploy thousands of satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO) linked to a global network of antennas, fiber, and internet connection points on the ground.” Bill Gates has invested in satellites and “5G” ground-based microwave tower and antenna infrastructure as well.
Some may wonder what’s involved in satellite communications “service” or Wi-Fi delivery from space. Setting aside the skillful use of marketing terms such as “Wi-Fi,” “broadband,” and “connections,” what is actually being transmitted is Radiofrequency/Microwave (RF/MW)Radiation, a harmful physical agent.
What are the consequences of satellites covering the Earth with RF/MW Radiation?
When thinking of microwaves, we often think about the microwave oven, which operates at about the same frequency as wireless, or Wi-Fi, at 2.4 – 2.5 GHz.
The reason why 2.4 to 2.5 GHz is very problematic is that this frequency is a wavelength of about 5″, which is close to the dimensions of the human head and brain, as well as other organs. This means that radiation absorption is maximized in these organs. Further, because of maximized absorption, no exposure level is safe.
Satellite systems interact with ground-based microwave antenna infrastructures. People, plants, animals, bees, and all biological life are being exposed to increased levels of RF/MW Radiation ostensibly for phone and internet “service,” but satellites are also deployed as weaponry as well as for the total surveillance of every inch of the Earth.
Prioritizing future-proof, hard-wired connections, enacting strong safety measures to reign in satellite/ground-based microwave antenna infrastructures, and meaningful public oversight are necessary to protect all life on Earth.
