One of the worst crimes of all time against the American people was the C19 PSYOP and weaponized response. The mask mandates, business and school closures, and Operation Warp Speed bioweapon injections, were never necessary but they caused catastrophic economic, health, and societal damage.
CV19 turned out to be a bad flu with over a 98% recovery rate.
Corporate media and celebrities parroted false talking points and viciously ridiculed those who had questions.
Government officials partnered with media platforms to censor free speech and prevent access to health information. Store clerks and unelected bureaucrats obediently followed orders. Our government stopped following the Constitution and instead followed the policy of the United Nations WHO and the CDC/CCP.
Those who failed to honor their oath of office and the Constitution by orchestrating, financing, enforcing, or participating in the C19 operation, must be prosecuted. -JD

In another attempt to censor Americans’ speech and install more online surveillance, the RESTRICT ACT is being described as a trojan horse. Government suppression of free speech and information is anti-American.

Request for a preliminary injunction was granted by Senior U.S. District Judge William Shubb to block California law, AB 2098, which would allow the state medical board to punish doctors for disseminating professional guidance to patients deemed to be “misinformation or disinformation” related to CV19.
In his ruling Judge Shubb stated, “Because the definition of misinformation ‘fails to provide a person of ordinary intelligence fair notice of what is prohibited, [and] is so standardless that it authorizes or encourages seriously discriminatory enforcement,’ the provision is unconstitutionally vague.”
The decision halts enforcement of AB 2098 pending resolution of the legal challenge. -JD

The ability to discuss ideas without being censored or persecuted is a cornerstone of a free society. MIT’s Free Expression Statement is an important victory for the First Amendment, acknowledging that, “We cannot have a truly free community of expression if some perspectives can be heard and others cannot.”
This is a timely resolution in defense of freedom of speech and expression. -JD
