Three Alaska Native tribes sue federal government to block gold mine

The three plaintiffs in the case are the Orutsararmiut Native Council, Organized Village of Kwethluk and the Tuluksak Native Community. They are seeking to block development of a large goldmine in Southwest Alaska.

According to the Complaint: “Development of the Donlin project would harm the Kuskokwim River and its surrounding lands and waters. The Tribes, their citizens, relatives, and social relations have relied on these lands and waters since time immemorial, and continue to do so, for food, drinking water, culture, ceremony, passing on language and traditions, and other uses. Mine development would limit subsistence uses and imperil ecosystems and fisheries in the Kuskokwim River and its surrounding lands and waters, with impacts on people and communities throughout the Yukon-Kuskokwim region. Mine development would introduce the risk of catastrophic tailings or chemical spills…”

The Tribes are strongly opposed to the mine plan which includes construction of a natural gas pipeline that they allege has not properly taken into account the potential negative environmental effects and health impacts of area residents.

In a victory for sound money, Tennessee Governor Bill Lee signed into law House Bill 1479, empowering the State Treasurer to invest Tennessee State funds into physical silver and gold.

HB 1479 Sponsor Rep. Hulsey said, “Gold and silver have been real currency for the past 5000 years. [Passing HB 1479] not only provides a hedge for the State but gives us varied options while facing a shrinking dollar and the threat of CBDCs.”

Other states investigating sound money legislation include Alaska, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Missouri, Mississippi, Oregon, South Carolina, and Vermont.

Returning to Constitutional gold and silver as money will put our nation back on track.

In July 2022, Gov. Hochul’s “quarantine camp” regulation was ruled unconstitutional and struck down by a New York State Supreme Court Judge. March 13, 2023, Hochul and AG James filed an appeal and are now trying to overthrow the ruling for the power to lock New Yorkers up in quarantine camps.

Montana House Bill 645 states: “A person may not knowingly donate whole blood, plasma, blood products, blood derivatives, human tissue, organs, or bones containing gene-altering proteins, nanoparticles, high-count spike proteins from long covid-19, or other isolates introduced by mRNA or DNA vaccines, mRNA or DNA chemotherapies, or other novel mRNA or DNA pharmaceutical biotechnologies.”

Assuring that the blood supply is free from vaxx ingredients from now on will be challenging.

The legislation also prohibits discrimination based on vaxx status or possession of immunity passport.

Additionally, “An individual may not be required to receive any vaccine whose use is allowed under an emergency use authorization or any vaccine undergoing safety trials.”

State legislation such as HB 645 is important to protect individual health, freedom, state sovereignty, and counteract federal and international overreach.

On January 9, 2023, Congressman Andy Biggs from the 5th District in Arizona submitted House Resolution 79 (The WHO Withdrawal Act). The proposed legislation was very simple.

H.R. 79 would stop all United States funding of the World Health Organization and it would also repeal the Act of June 14, 1948 that got the United States into the WHO.

This would effectively enable the United States to #ExitTheWHO.

Congressman Thomas Massie of Kentucky has been a strong advocate for the American people to end the CV emergency, end mandates, and stop mandatory vaxx.

Rep. Massie points out that the National Emergencies Act was invoked on March 13, 2020 under Donald Trump and extended by Joe Biden’s administration. We were told 15 days to slow the spread and now it has been over 1,000 days.  Congress was supposed to vote to extend the Act every six months, but they did not follow the law. Joe Biden wants to extend the emergency another 100 days, but it should end now.  -JD

Request for a preliminary injunction was granted by Senior U.S. District Judge William Shubb to block California law, AB 2098, which would allow the state medical board to punish doctors for disseminating professional guidance to patients deemed to be “misinformation or disinformation” related to CV19.

In his ruling Judge Shubb stated, “Because the definition of misinformation ‘fails to provide a person of ordinary intelligence fair notice of what is prohibited, [and] is so standardless that it authorizes or encourages seriously discriminatory enforcement,’ the provision is unconstitutionally vague.”

The decision halts enforcement of AB 2098 pending resolution of the legal challenge. -JD

The complaint challenges a provision enacted by the Obama administration that unlawfully granted the WHO authority to invoke emergency health powers domestically, which plaintiffs claim would infringe on USA and State sovereignty.

The USA must exit and defund the UN and WHO ASAP. Unelected bureaucrats and criminal agencies that are in bed with Big Pharma and the WEF have no authority or right to make decisions of any kind for Americans. -JD

On American state-level prosecution for federal government chemical and biological WMD crimes.

January 4, 2023 | Image Source | History is littered with instances where no consequences were paid for war crimes and atrocities.  CV19 is a crime that requires the prosecution of not only big pharma officials, but also the “deciders,” who chose to weaponize disease, impose unconstitutional mandates, and demolish the economy, resulting in the suffering and death of countless human beings.

 It wasn’t a “mistake”.

Katherine Watt and Karen Kingston have written extensively about prosecuting CV19 crimes, led at the American state-level.

Ms. Watt states:

“I think state prosecutors should investigate and charge federal officials anyway, even though they will try to claim immunity.

Investigate and charge them, to force them to make their horrific defense arguments under oath in public filings and open courtrooms.

Make President Trump, President Biden, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra, through Attorney General Merrick Garland on their behalf and as a co-defendant, file sworn defenses to filed charges.”
