The unlawful vaxx mandate has destroyed lives, tanked the economy and caused incalculable harm to Americans. Military recruitment levels are reportedly at an all time low as thousands of soldiers have been discharged for refusing to take the potentially deadly experimental CV-19 injection.

According to Senator Paul’s press release, US Senators are opposed “to moving forward with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2023, unless the Senate votes on an amendment to prohibit discharges from the Armed Forces solely because of COVID-19 vaccination status. The amendment will also reinstate service members already discharged, with back pay”.

DoD’s disastrous vaxx mandate must end immediately. The failed policy is a threat to readiness and to national security. -JD

Governor Kristi Noem of South Dakota, signed Executive Order 2022-10 banning the social media platform TikTok for contractors, employees, and state agencies using state devices.

The Order is in response to the national security threat of TikTok with regard to personal data gathering operations potentially exploited by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

Gov. Noem stated,“Because of our serious duty to protect the private data of South Dakota citizens, we must take this action immediately. I hope other states will follow South Dakota’s lead, and Congress should take broader action, as well”.

At a 2013 Geoengineering debate, Harvard professor David Keith admitted that sulfate aerosol injection is likely to kill tens of thousands of people when he stated,“So if I made a decision, or if there was a collective decision to do a geoengineering program, and you put say, the kind of program I think that makes more sense is what about a million tons a year [of sulfur dioxide], let’s say, you might end up killing many tens of thousands of people a year as a direct result of that decision…”

Keith remarked that he and his colleague Alan Robock (who was also on the debate panel ) have different views relative to the moral hazard of making a decision to do “research” that directly kills people. Link to_Full Video

Regardless, Robock, Keith, and other grant-dependent academics receive MILLIONS of dollars in funding for sulfate aerosol injection “research” also known as geoengineering.

On October 13th of this year, the White House announced the plan to push ahead with sulfate aerosol injection, in spite of the moral hazard and harm to be caused to human health and the environment, potentially on a global scale.

It’s entirely possible that other biological hazards could be released and extreme weather events could be engineered. The announcement underscores the urgency for strong public opposition, demanding an immediate halt to aerosol injection activities. Criminalizing atmospheric testing, with provisions for enforcement to include severe penalties, has precedent and is essential NOW, in order to protect human health, nature, and our environment.

According to recent reports, hundreds of Chinese-manufactured drones have been detected flying over restricted airspace in DC over the past few months. While the drones may not be directly controlled by China, the devices have surveillance capability with the potential to be used  for cyber attacks, espionage, or to be weaponized.

Florida Senator Marco Rubio has introduced two bills to regulate drones: one banning drones from accessing U.S. telecommunications, and another banning the U.S. government from buying drones made in China. Neither bill has gained traction.

The vulnerability of drones being taken over and controlled remotely or weaponized, including the possible release of biological weapons, makes strong regulation of these popular off-the-shelf devices, urgent for national security. -JD

Representative Warren Davidson of Ohio is urging Congress to pass H.R. 4126, The Vaccine Passport Prevention Act, which would prohibit federal, state and local governments from issuing vaxx passports and prohibit businesses from requiring Americans to present proof of vaxx as a condition of accessing goods, services, or employment.

Res. 1482, introduced on November 17th in the House of Representatives, directs Joe Biden, the Secretary of Defense, and the Secretary of State to provide copies of all documents related to Ukraine funding between January 20, 2021 to November 15, 2022.  These documents are to include notes, telephone communications, charts, tables, emails, audio recordings, financial statements and all related materials.

So far Congress has spent more than $60 BILLION dollars on Ukraine and is seeking to add an additional $50 BILLION during the lame duck session. Congress is moving forward on classified 6G wireless communications systems, even though microwave irradiating infrastructures (+4G-5G-6G+) are opposed by communities around the nation and worldwide, due to their hazardous pollution emissions continuously contaminating the environment, and the built-in, unwarranted surveillance capabilities.

A recent study by The International Commission on the Biological Effects of Electromagnetic Fields (ICBE-EMF), entitled “Scientific evidence invalidates health assumptions underlying the FCC and ICNIRP exposure limit determinations for radiofrequency radiation: implications for 5G,” confirmed that FCC and ICNIRP guidelines, set in the 1990’s are not protective of human health or the environment and need to be updated.

The federal government 6G push is led by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). These agencies are in fact members of the UN International Telecommunications Union (UN ITU).

According to the NTIA, the UN ITU sets the global standard for 5G. The UN ITU is focused on implementation of Agenda 2030. LINK

H.R. 9157, The Gold Standard Restoration Act, would “define the dollar as a fixed weight of gold,” and move American monetary policy toward urgently needed stability.

The Bill’s sponsor, West Virginia Representative Mooney stated,“The gold standard would protect against Washington’s irresponsible spending habits and the creation of money out of thin air.”

H.R. 9157 would require full disclosure of all central bank, U.S. government gold holdings, and gold-related financial transactions for the last 6 decades.

Representatives from Pennsylvania have introduced legislation to prohibit social credit scores based on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) scores.  House Bill No. 2799 would prohibit financial institutions from using social credit or environmental, social or governance (ESG) scores and would impose penalties.

The  sponsorship memo states, “The absurd and anti-American groupthink of global oligarchs and wealthy elites should not determine the purchasing decisions of individuals. Using ESG scores to control behavior is only one step away from China’s social credit system, where those who disagree with Communist Party ideology and “values” are punished with throttled Internet speeds, banned from air travel, and denied lodging.”

The Sponsors of HB 2799 cite their duty to defend the individual rights of Pennsylvanians as soaring above every other government objective. -JD
