Beyond AI’s abilities to write books or answer random questions, AI is a weapon system built upon the ‘smart’ grid (“5G/6G”+satellites). Information and data is being weaponized.

“Increasingly in international circles that deal with this type of technology, humans are out of the loop. Why? Because humans are seen as an impediment to the iterative progress of the instrumentative development of these technologies.”
It’s crucial for We-The-People to learn more about AI and become closely involved in policymaking in order to guide the development of these systems.
As President Eisenhower stated in his 1961 farewell warning, “We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together.”

October 27, 2023 | Zero5G.com | Last week a committee of the Board of Representatives in Stamford, Connecticut voted to block State 5G telecoms installations.
By a vote of 8-1, committee members decided to recommend that the full board oppose the telecom agreement on installation applications of 5G equipment. The board is scheduled to further address the matter at its meeting on November 8th.
In this important decision, safety was prioritized as a regulatory criterion. Representatives cited pollution from antennas in their reasoning to reject the cell tower deployment plan.
When City Rep. Jim Grunberger asked how many more towers Stamford residents could expect, he was told that it could be hundreds.
Grunberger stated, “I don’t think we should back away from this because of the threat of a lawsuit. If we have to be a test case on this, we should be a test case.”
People in communities everywhere are engaging with their representatives in policymaking at the local level to ensure that the interests of local residents are served.
Fierce Opposition to 5G Cell Towers in New York City:
October 25, 2023 | Zero5G.com | Image source | A 2023 study conducted by oncologist and researcher Lennart Hardell from the Environment & Cancer Research Foundation and Mona Nilsson from the Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation concluded that exposure to Radiofrequency Radiation (“5G”) causes symptoms of “microwave sickness” also known as “microwave syndrome”.
Typical symptoms of microwave syndrome include neurological symptoms, tinnitus, fatigue, insomnia, emotional distress, skin disorders, and blood pressure variability.
The researchers found that most symptoms decrease or disappear when the exposure is discontinued.
This study confirms that current guidelines do not protect human health and the urgent need for the enactment of safety standards based on the current state of the science.
The first ever study of the health effects of 5G radiation on humans shows that 5G causes typical symptoms of microwave syndrome and a massive increase in microwave radiation. The case study also confirms once again that radiation far below levels allowed by the authorities causes ill health.
The study was published in the journal Medical Access No. 1/ 2022 and later also in English in Annals of Case Reports and was conducted by cancer doctor and researcher Lennart Hardell from the Swedish Research Foundation Environment & Cancer and Mona Nilsson from the Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation. The study concerns the health impacts of a man and a woman who received a 5G base station directly above their apartment, only 5 meters above their bedroom.
Measurements before and after the installation of 5G on the roof showed that 5G caused a massive increase in radiation in the apartment. Before 5G, there were already 3G or 4G base stations in the same location directly above the apartment, but switching to 5G technology increased the radiation from 9,000 microW/m2 to a maximum of over 2,500,000 microW/m2.
The symptoms experienced by the man and the woman after the start of 5G are typical of microwave syndrome: fatigue, difficulty sleeping, emotional impact, nosebleeds, increased tinnitus and skin problems for the man. The woman had more symptoms than the man with severe sleep disturbance and dizziness, followed by skin problems (burning sensation, tingling of the skin on the hands and arms), concentration problems, irritability, tinnitus, balance problems, impaired short-term memory, confusion, fatigue, tendency to depression, heart and lung symptoms (palpitations, feeling of heaviness in the chest) and feeling of warmth in the body. All symptoms decreased or disappeared completely within 24 hours after moving to another residence with significantly lower radiation levels.
The microwave syndrome
What is shown in this first ever study on the health effects of microwave radiation from 5G is consistent with the symptoms described over 50 years ago as an effect of whole body exposure to microwave radiation and called the microwave syndrome. The microwave syndrome is a recognized term internationally and in Sweden, known as “electromagnetic sensitivity” (ES), for those who react to very low levels of radiofrequency radiation and develop particularly high sensitivity. It has been repeatedly described that the typical symptoms of microwave syndrome disappear when exposure is stopped or greatly reduced, as in this new study.
“Researchers who conducted scientific studies of occupational microwave exposure described symptoms such as fatigue, dizziness, headaches, difficulty sleeping, concentration and memory problems. These symptoms were associated with exposure to radio waves or microwaves. It was found that the symptoms generally subsided when exposure ceased.”
Sensitivity to microwave radiation is individual. Even very low levels of radiation can cause medical symptoms in particularly sensitive people (electrosensitive/ES).
5G increases radiation enormously
In addition to showing that 5G causes microwave syndrome quite immediately, the case study also shows that 5G leads to a massive increase in radiation in our environment. There was already a 3G or 4G base station in the same location above the couple’s bedroom, but the replacement of the equipment and the deployment of 5G led to an explosion of measured radiation.
The extremely high values measured in the home, a maximum of 1,690,000 microW/m2, are still significantly lower than the current reference values recommended by the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority (SSM): 10,000,000 microW/m2 averaged over 6 minutes, which means that the maximum value can be allowed to be significantly higher than 10,000,000 microW/m2. The SSM reference value does not protect against the symptoms that characterize the microwave syndrome, nor against cancer and other chronic diseases. This is why ill health can occur even though the radiation is far below the reference value:
“SSM’s reference values do not protect against harmful effects, such as the microwave syndrome or cancer, during long-term exposure from base stations, as is the case with exposure in homes, offices or schools. It only applies to protection against immediate effects resulting from radiation so intense that tissues are heated within 30 minutes. This means that the public is completely unprotected against effects other than acute thermal effects, even though these have been widely demonstrated, such as adverse effects on the nervous system, oxidative stress and DNA damage.”
Already in 2018, the Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation concluded that 5G would lead to a huge increase in microwave radiation. This new study and measurements in recent years confirm this.
No research shows that 5G is safe for health and the environment
Lennart Hardell and Mona Nilsson write in this first case study on the effects of 5G that it is remarkable that “there are no scientific studies showing that there is no risk of harmful health effects from chronic exposure to radiation from base stations at levels corresponding to SSM’s reference value, or at the levels measured in this case study. This applies to 5G as well as 4G, 3G and GSM. There are still no studies on the risks of radiation from both 4G and/or 5G during the 24 hours of the day. This case study is the first of its kind on the effects of human exposure to 5G, so claiming that exposure to radiation does not pose a risk because it is lower than SSM’s reference value has no scientific basis.”
In an earlier article in 2021, Mona Nilsson stated:
“There is no research showing that chronic whole-body exposure to the levels of microwave radiation that have become commonplace from 3G, 4G or 5G base stations does not cause health hazards. This is the shocking truth that is being hidden from the public…. there is no research showing that whole-body exposure to 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G for prolonged periods of time, even for just one year, does not cause health hazards. Neither at reference value levels nor even at levels 1000 times lower.”
The number of people affected is unknown
The number of people in Sweden affected by the microwave syndrome/ES/sensitivity is currently unknown. It has not been investigated. However, it can be expected that the number of affected people will increase with the chronic and increasing exposure to microwaves due to the expansion of 4G, 5G and increased use of wireless technologies that emit microwaves for communication. This is especially true for modulated and pulsed microwaves, which have been shown to be particularly harmful.
In 2016, a group of scientists and doctors recommended that maximum daytime exposure should be 100, nighttime 10 and a maximum of 1 microW/m2 for particularly sensitive people.
But neither that recommendation, nor the IARC cancer classification of radiation in 2011, nor the fact that health harms have been repeatedly observed at exposures significantly lower than the current reference values recommended by the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority, have had any effect on the lax regulatory framework of the authorities and the government. Despite extensive evidence of harms to health, microwave radiation in the environment is increasing dramatically and the manifestly wrong reference value continues to be applied despite its proven lack of protection against microwave syndrome and many other health harms.
The medical profession must be educated
Lennart Hardell and Mona Nilsson conclude by stating that microwave syndrome and ES must be taken seriously by health professionals.
‘This is not a mental illness. A variety of somatic symptoms are part of the microwave syndrome and chronic diseases including cancer are a hazard with chronic exposure. The symptoms must be investigated to rule out other causes, microwave radiation may be one. Careful medical history must be taken to investigate different sources of microwave radiation. In addition, the investigation should be supplemented by measurements of radiation both in the home and in the workplace, taking into account the great difference in sensitivity between individuals.
Patients must be treated with respect, investigated, medically diagnosed and treated, whereby elimination or reduction of the disease-causing factor, i.e. exposure, is most important. This should be done early in the course of the disease to prevent harm and/or irreversible damage and chronic disease. Since there is a high level of ignorance about the microwave syndrome, both in the medical profession and among the general public, and thus a presumably large number of unreported cases, the medical profession must be educated and the syndrome must be given a uniform ICD code in order to monitor future developments. The values measured in the apartment after the installation of 5G on the roof make the apartment uninhabitable from a medical point of view, taking into account known health effects, even though the radiation is significantly below the current reference values.”

In an important milestone, the United States House of Representatives voted to defund the World Health Organization (WHO). H.R. 4665 also requires that any agreement drafted by the World Health Assembly or any other United Nations body will not be funded without the Constitutionally required advice and consent of two-thirds of the Senate.
This is an important step in the right direction, and there is more work to do.
Senate members need to introduce and pass similar language and then the measures need to be signed by the President.

U.S. policy provides for funding and coordination of weather engineering activities.
According to The National Weather Modification Policy Act of 1976 (P.L. 94-490), the U.S. Secretary of Commerce and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and other government agencies are authorized to engage in atmospheric and weather modification research and in international atmospheric science activities.
There currently exists no regulatory oversight or public consent for weather engineering programs, though several USA States – Connecticut, Illinois, and Rhode Island, introduced legislation this year that would prohibit intentional atmospheric polluting activities, including solar radiation modification (SRM).
The Department of Energy (DoE) FY2024 Congressional Request includes appropriations for studies on atmospheric physics and chemistry involving clouds and aerosols.
Far more public scrutiny and regulatory oversight is essential, as scientific, military, and classified research is not yet subject to safety regulations or appropriate ethical constraints.
As President Eisenhower warned in his farewell address to Americans, “Public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific-technological elite.”

Both the Trump and Biden administrations adopted United Nations (UN) World Health Organization (WHO)-China protocols as their CV19 strategy.
When asked how he would address the next pandemic, Robert Kennedy Jr. stated that he would follow the pandemic protocols from the WHO and the CDC.
