Kentucky Senator Rand Paul recently introduced an amendment to reaffirm that NATO cannot supersede Congress in declaring U.S. involvement in war, however it was rejected this week by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.[1]
Few Americans may realize that Virginia is home to the NATO Allied Joint Force Command in Norfolk.[2] The United States continues[3] to finance NATO as it has done for decades.[4][5][6]
The calculated undermining of America’s military by vaxx mandates[9][10][11][12][13] and divisive political ideology[14][15][16] pushed by the Biden administration and top military leaders has for the most part, remained unchallenged.

The following MIT article is riddled with inaccuracies specifically with regard to omission of the history[1][2][3] of geoengineering. Biden Administration is funding climate interventions via government agencies including the National Science Foundation ( NSF ), the Office of Science and Technology Policy in partnership with NASA, NOAA, Oceanic and Atmospheric Research, and the Department of Energy.
Geoengineering, with origins in environmental warfare[4][5][6], is not new. In fact, these unregulated, polluting activities have been ongoing for decades.[7] The Trump administration funding and coordination of atmospheric testing was coordinated in the Federal Weather Enterprise.[8] The Obama-Biden administration also funded and coordinated geoengineering efforts.[9]
Ultimately geoengineering ( environmental warfare ) leads back to the United Nations ( UN ) World Meteorological Organization ( WMO )[10], the World Economic Forum ( WEF )[11], and wealthy financiers, such as “the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, Bill Gates, and others.”[12]
The UN is firmly rooted in eugenics[13] and Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals are aligned with the installation of a technocratic New World Order described by Klaus Schwab of the WEF.[14]
As Carl Sagan once stated, “Anything else you’re interested in is not going to happen if you can’t breathe the air and drink the water. Don’t sit this one out. Do something. You are by accident of fate alive at an absolutely critical moment in the history of our planet.”

The US government is developing a solar geoengineering research plan
The federal effort could set the stage for more studies into the feasibility, benefits and risks of one of the more controversial means of combating climate change.
The White House is developing a research plan that would guide and set standards for how scientists study one of the more controversial ways of counteracting climate change: solar geoengineering.
The basic idea is that we might be able to deliberately tweak the climate system in ways that release more heat into space, cooling an otherwise warming planet.
The move, which has not been previously reported on, marks the first federally coordinated US effort of this kind. It could set the stage for more funding and research into the feasibility, benefits, and risks of such interventions. The effort may also contribute to the perception that geoengineering is an appropriate and important area of research as global temperatures rise.
Solar geoengineering encompasses a range of different approaches. The one that’s gained the most attention is using planes or balloons to disperse tiny particles in the stratosphere. These would then—in theory—reflect back enough sunlight to ease warming, mimicking the effect of massive volcanic eruptions in the past. Some research groups have also explored whether releasing certain particles could break up cirrus clouds, which trap heat against the Earth, or make low-lying marine clouds more reflective.
The 2022 federal appropriations act, signed by President Biden in March, directs his Office of Science and Technology Policy to develop a cross-agency group to coordinate research on such climate interventions, in partnership with NASA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and the Department of Energy.
The measure calls for the group to create a research framework to “provide guidance on transparency, engagement, and risk management for publicly funded work in solar geoengineering research.” Specifically, it directs NOAA to support the Office of Science and Technology Policy in developing a five-year plan that will, among other things, define research goals for the field, assess the potential hazards of such climate interventions, and evaluate the level of federal investments required to carry out that work.

As I mention in that interview, it seems clear that these crises are being fabricated according to a predetermined plan, just as the COVID pandemic plan was foretold during Event 201.
The global technocratic cabal responsible for these plans don’t actually hide their plans. They announce them in various ways in advance. Tabletop crisis exercises are one of them. The publishing of white papers is another.
The Rockefeller Foundation has been a prominent player in putting out the “deep state” cabal’s plans. Not only was the Foundation a sponsor of Event 201, during which participants practiced everything that later came to pass, but it has also published at least three separate reports that describe the implementation of various parts of what we now recognize as the World Economic Forum’s (WEF’s) Great Reset agenda.
The idea that there is an agenda for global government among the financial and political elites of the world has long been called a “conspiracy theory” within the mainstream and the establishment media. And sadly, even when you can convince people to look at and accept the evidence that banking institutions and certain politicians work together for their own purposes, many folks will STILL not entertain the notion that the ultimate goal of these power mongers is one-world empire. They just can’t wrap their heads around such a thing.
People will say that the establishment is driven by greed alone and that their associations are fragile and based only on individual self interest. They will say that crisis events and shifts in social and political trends are random, not the product of deliberate engineering. They will say that elitists will never be able to work together because they are too narcissistic, etc.
All of these arguments are a coping mechanism for the public to deal with evidence they cannot otherwise refute. When the facts become concrete and the powers-that-be admit to their schemes openly, some people will revert to confused denial. They don’t want to believe that organized evil on such a scale could actually be real. If it did, then everything they thought they knew about the world might be wrong.
For many years the agenda for global governance was only whispered about within elitist circles, but every once in a while one of them would speak aloud in public about it. Perhaps out of arrogance or perhaps because they felt the time was right to ease the populace into accepting the possibility. Whenever they did mention it, they called it the “New World Order.” World leaders from George HW Bush to Barack Obama to Joe Biden to Gordon Brown to Tony Blair and beyond have all given speeches talking about the “New World Order.” Money and political elites like George Soros and Henry Kissinger have mentioned the NWO incessantly over the years.
One of the most revealing quotes on the agenda comes from Clinton Administration Deputy Secretary of State Strobe Talbot, who stated in Time magazine that:
“In the next century, nations as we know it will be obsolete; all states will recognize a single, global authority… National sovereignty wasn’t such a great idea after all.”
He adds in the same article a lesser known quote:
“…The free world formed multilateral financial institutions that depend on member states’ willingness to give up a degree of sovereignty. The International Monetary Fund can virtually dictate fiscal policies, even including how much tax a government should levy on its citizens. The General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade regulates how much duty a nation can charge on imports. These organizations can be seen as the protoministries of trade, finance and development for a united world.”
To understand how the agenda works, I offer a quote from globalist and Council on Foreign Relations member Richard Gardner in an article in Foreign Affairs Magazine in 1974 titled ‘The Hard Road To World Order’:
“In short, the “house of world order” will have to be built from the bottom up rather than from the top down. It will look like a great “booming, buzzing confusion,” to use William James’ famous description of reality, but an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old-fashioned frontal assault.”
The “NWO” has since changed names multiple times as the public grows increasingly wise to the conspiracy. It’s been called the Multilateral World Order, the 4th Industrial Revolution, the “Great Reset,” etc. The names change but the meaning is always the same.
In the past two years in the face of extensive global crisis events the “new order” establishment globalists have been talking about has arrived, and with almost no fanfare or mention in the mainstream media. The beginnings of global government already exist, and it’s called the “Council For Inclusive Capitalism.”
Lately, many analysts myself included have been highly focused on the World Economic Forum and their role in the global government agenda. Mainly because WEF head Klaus Schwab is such a loudmouth and he can’t help but talk about future plans for centralization.
As I have noted in past articles, the elites within the WEF got way too excited about the covid pandemic, thinking that they had the perfect crisis to implement numerous globalist policies in the form of the Great Reset. As it turned out, covid was nowhere near as deadly as they initially predicted during Event 201, and the public was not as submissive and compliant as they had hoped we would be. The WEF let the cat out of the bag too soon.
So, onward we go, with crisis after crisis like dominoes falling until we get to the one event that they think will drive the masses to accept world governance. And while the WEF is regularly attended by top level globalists, they are more of a high level think-tank, the Council for Inclusive Capitalism appears to be about implementation rather than theory.
The founder of the group is Lynn Forester de Rothschild, member of the infamous Rothschild Dynasty that has long been monetarily involved in influencing governments for generations. Pope Francis and the Vatican publicly aligned with the council in 2020, and one of the primary narratives of the CIC is that all religions must unite with the leaders of capital to build a society and an economy that is “fair for all.”
This mission statement is rather familiar, as it echoes the goals of the WEF and its concept of the “Shared Economy”: A system in which you will own nothing, have no privacy, borrow everything, be completely reliant on the government for your survival and you will “like it.”
In other words, the purpose of “inclusive capitalism” is to con the masses into accepting a rebranded version of communism. The promise will be that you won’t have to worry anymore about your economic future, but the cost will be your freedom.

“Preparing To Apply For Membership” – Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt Plan To Join BRICS
BRICS is the acronym coined over two decades ago that is associated with five major emerging markets: Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. BRICS members account for over 40% of the global population and nearly a quarter of global GDP. The expansion of BRICS could be imminent as Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt are in discussions to join the group of emerging market economies.
“All these countries [Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt] have shown their interest in joining [BRICS] and are preparing to apply for membership. I believe this is a good step, because expansion is always looked upon favorably, it will definitely bolster BRICS’ global influence,” BRICS International Forum President Purnima Anand told Russian newspaper Izvestia.
Anand said that the group’s 14th summit last month in China held expansion talks. Adding Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt could open up a new era for global development as they would boost multilateral cooperation and comes at a time when the US and its Western partners are rebelling against globalization.
In May, Chinese President Xi Jinping said BRICS members have to “reject Cold War mentality and bloc confrontation, and work together to build a global community of security for all.”
“I hope that these countries will join the BRICS quite shortly, as all the representatives of core members are interested in expansion. So it will come very soon,” Anand added.
None of the BRICS leaders have publicly condemned Russian President Putin for his invasion of Ukraine earlier this year.
Huang Yanzhong, a senior fellow for global health at the Council on Foreign Relations, recently told Al Jazeera that BRICS is a “kind of diplomatic counteroffensive by China to both the revival of NATO and the increase in Indo-Pacific mechanisms that are designed to keep its power in check.”
The announcement comes when President Biden is scheduled to meet with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MbS) without Saudi King Salman present. We correctly pointed out that Saudi Arabia’s intention to join BRICS would be announced ahead of the Biden and MbS meeting.
The future and what appears to be an imminent expansion of BRICS is more evidence the world is transitioning into a multi-polar world that will challenge the US’ dollar-based system for global trade.

WASHINGTON – On Thursday, U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) introduced the “No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Approval Act” to require that any convention or agreement resulting from the work of the World Health Organization’s (WHO) intergovernmental negotiating body be deemed a treaty, requiring the advice and consent of a supermajority of the Senate. The legislation comes as the WHO pushes for broad new powers under a new “international treaty for pandemic preparedness and response.”
After the Biden Administration’s failed COVID-19 response and the WHO’s mismanagement of the pandemic, Americans remain skeptical of continuing infringements on personal liberties and freedoms. The legislation would provide more transparency in WHO agreements and a constitutional check on the administration.
“The WHO, along with our federal health agencies, failed miserably in its response to COVID-19. It’s failure should not be rewarded with a new international treaty that would increase its power at the expense of American sovereignty. What WHO does need is greater accountability and transparency. This bill makes clear to the Biden administration that any new WHO pandemic agreement must be deemed a treaty and submitted to the Senate for ratification. The sovereignty of the United States is not negotiable,” said Sen. Johnson.
“The WHO is a corrupt organization that is supposed to support international health, but instead it caves to tyrannical regimes and plays politics. The constitution is clear – any international treaty requires the advice and consent of the U.S. Senate. I am proud to join my colleagues in ensuring the WHO cannot dictate health policy in America,” said Sen. Rubio.
“The World Health Organization has completely failed the American people and the world by working hand in hand with the Chinese Communist Party to conceal the origins of COVID-19. Our bill would require any WHO pandemic-related agreement to be reviewed and ratified by the Senate. The Senate must weigh in on a topic of such critical importance before binding the United States,” said Sen. Barrasso.
“In the course of this pandemic, the World Health Organization lost trust with many. I’ve pressed the World Health Organization for answers on its initial response, questioning its reliance on manipulated Chinese Communist Party health data, and abetting China. Given the Biden administration’s support for expanding the WHO’s responsibilities and the continued Chinese Communist Party influence over the WHO, it is important Congress plays its constitutional role in evaluating any potential treaty-like agreement,” said Sen. Grassley.
“This legislation would classify any new WHO pandemic convention or agreement as a treaty, ensuring that it is reviewed by the Senate and subject to approval of two-thirds of the Senate in order to be ratified. This will make sure that there is proper oversight of the administration’s actions at the WHO and help us maintain U.S. sovereignty,” said Sen. Hoeven.
“Actions by the WHO over the past two years, particularly in terms of the pandemic and abortion, raise serious questions about whether it operates as a truly independent body that ultimately benefits the American people. I know many Mississippians are vexed that the Congress can’t act to stop some of the egregious decisions coming out of the WHO. In representing the American people, the Senate should have a role in determining whether our nation should be subjected to its biased or more controversial actions,” said Sen. Hyde-Smith.
“I refuse to cede America’s sovereignty on managing public health crises to the corrupt and inept WHO. Montanans did not elect the WHO to represent them in any level of government – I am glad to support this bill to prevent an international organization from possessing power over the American people,” said Sen. Daines.
“Because the Biden Administration has failed to hold the World Health Organization accountable and root out the Chinese Communist Party’s malign influence on the WHO, Congress must step up and defend American sovereignty and U.S. national security interests. This important bill would uphold the U.S. Constitution and require the Senate’s advice and consent to ratification on any convention, agreement, or other international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response reached by the World Health Assembly’s so-called International Negotiating Body,” said Sen.
